The Brembana name has a particularly important history within the stone industry. Under the Brembana Macchine brand, CMS became the first manufacturer to develop a CNC machining centre specifically for stone processing during the 1980s. This pioneering experience continues to influence the design and performance of today’s CMS Brembana stone-machinery range.

CMS Glass Technology provides machinery for both flat and curved glass processing. The range includes horizontal and vertical CNC machining centres, glass cutting tables and lines, waterjet cutting systems, bilateral grinding equipment, loading systems, seaming machines and integrated automation.

CMS Stone Technology develops machinery for marble, granite, natural stone, quartz, engineered stone, ceramic and sintered materials. The product range includes three-, four-, five- and six-axis CNC machining centres, bridge saws, sawjets, complete waterjet systems and automated slab-processing solutions.

CMS Brembana machines are designed to provide accuracy, production flexibility and reliable long-term performance. Depending on the selected model, they can carry out cutting, contouring, routing, drilling, milling, polishing, engraving, sculpting and complex multi-axis machining.

The range includes compact machines for smaller workshops and high-capacity systems for continuous industrial production. Each machine can be configured around the customer’s materials, product sizes, production volumes and preferred level of automation.

Advanced software and digital systems simplify programming and allow operators to manage complex machining processes efficiently. Automatic tool changers, vacuum positioning systems, probing, scanning and process monitoring can be integrated according to the machine configuration.

CMS waterjet technology provides accurate cold cutting without creating a heat-affected zone. It is suitable for glass, natural stone, ceramic, quartz and engineered materials, including complex shapes, internal cut-outs and intricate components.

CMS Brembana bridge saws and five-axis machining centres combine cutting flexibility with CNC-controlled movement, allowing fabricators to complete straight cuts, mitres, profiles, sink cut-outs and additional machining within one coordinated production system.

Automation options include automatic loading and unloading, slab-storage integration, robotic handling, barcode-driven production and complete manufacturing cells. These solutions reduce manual handling, improve repeatability and support higher production output.
