Mazzaroppi Engineering is an Italian manufacturer specialising in advanced machinery for glass tempering, bending, laminating and Heat Soak Testing, with more than 60 years of experience in glass processing technology.

Three generations of the Mazzaroppi family have developed machinery around a combination of performance, reliability, energy efficiency and straightforward operation. A major focus of Mazzaroppi's development is reducing the energy and electrical power required for glass tempering. Technologies including M Efficiency 5.0, M Start&Stop, M OptiConvection and M Adapt intelligently manage power, heating and production changes to minimise unnecessary consumption while maintaining consistent tempering quality. Mazzaroppi states that its technology can deliver energy savings of up to 70% compared with competing solutions, depending on the application.

Mazzaroppi also places particular emphasis on making glass tempering easier to operate. Intelligent controls, production recipes and automated process management reduce the reliance on highly specialised operators while allowing manufacturers to process different glass types, sizes and thicknesses efficiently.
