Mazzaroppi LM Revolution

The Mazzaroppi LM Revolution is a patented glass laminating furnace developed for companies looking for a flexible and efficient way to produce laminated safety and decorative glass using EVA interlayers.

The system allows two or more sheets of glass to be laminated together with one or more layers of EVA film, creating a finished laminated product that retains glass fragments following breakage and provides increased safety and impact resistance.

LM Revolution is particularly suited to glass processors requiring the flexibility to manufacture laminated glass in different thicknesses and configurations, allowing a wide variety of products to be produced internally without the complexity associated with larger conventional laminating installations.

Mazzaroppi has developed two patented systems within the LM Revolution technology to increase production speed while reducing the amount of plastic spillage during the laminating process.
