R&R Group – Rottler und Rüdiger und Partner GmbH is a German specialist in machinery, systems and production solutions for the insulating glass industry.

Founded in 1982, R&R has more than four decades of experience supporting insulating glass manufacturers. What began with the supply of molecular sieve developed into a comprehensive portfolio covering machinery, spacer systems, Georgian bars and specialist products for flat and insulating glass production.

A major part of the R&R range is dedicated to spacer bar processing. Solutions range from manual cutting equipment through to advanced bending systems, profile magazines, desiccant filling equipment and automatic welding systems for rigid warm-edge spacer profiles. Many systems can be scaled or upgraded as production requirements increase.

R&R is also highly specialised in Georgian bar processing, offering equipment for sawing, milling, drilling, bending and assembly. The range extends from individual manual machines through to fully automated Georgian bar production systems.

Additional technologies include equipment for pressure compensation in insulating glass units, gas measurement and glass edge decoating, together with specialist handling and packaging solutions.

An important strength of R&R is its practical knowledge of the complete insulating glass manufacturing process. Through its associated production operations, R&R's own machinery is used in everyday production, allowing systems to be developed and tested around real manufacturing requirements.

With development, machine manufacturing and service based at its headquarters in Langenzenn, Germany, R&R combines German engineering with specialist knowledge built specifically around insulating glass production.
