About the R&R DB-VE Georgian Bar Drilling

Precisely aligned holes with R&R Georgian bar drilling machines. For the R&R crossbar connection, a hole for the connecting pin is needed in the continuous Georgian bar. R&R developed special double drilling jigs: the bars are clamped centrally then precisely drilled on the lateral wall of the profile, so only precisely aligned holes produce a perfect Georgian bar cross.

Fully automatic double drilling device DB-VE:

  • Special centre clamping guarantees a centre hole on all bars
  • No refitting for different bar dimensions
  • Two drill heads work simultaneously
