About the TP Advanced
The Mazzaroppi TP Advanced is a large-format, high-performance horizontal glass tempering furnace developed for medium and high-volume glass manufacturers, particularly those producing architectural and insulated glass.
Available in configurations from 1900 × 4200 mm up to 3100 × 6200 mm, the TP Advanced provides the capacity required for larger glass formats while offering a high degree of customisation around the customer's production requirements, glass types, factory space and required output.
This makes the TP Advanced particularly well suited to insulated glass manufacturers looking to bring toughening into their own production process, providing greater control over glass quality, production scheduling and availability rather than relying on externally toughened glass.
The furnace processes glass from 2.8 to 19 mm thick and can be equipped for demanding coated products, including Low-E glass with emissivity down to 0.01. Mazzaroppi's patented convection technology provides controlled and consistent heating across the glass surface, particularly important when processing modern coated architectural glass.
