Polywire 40 Multi Wire

The Pellegrini Polywire 40 is a high-production multi-wire diamond saw developed for efficiently converting marble, granite and other natural stone blocks into multiple slabs.

Designed to operate with up to 40 diamond wires, the Polywire 40 makes numerous parallel cuts through the stone block during a single cutting cycle, providing a substantial increase in productivity compared with single-wire and lower-wire-count machines.

The machine is particularly suited to stone processors requiring industrial-scale slab production while maintaining the flexibility associated with Pellegrini's diamond-wire technology.
