Polyone Single Wire

The Pellegrini Polyone is a flexible single-wire diamond saw developed for cutting marble, granite and other natural stone blocks into slabs and dimensional stone products.

Although Polyone uses a single diamond wire, its design is focused on automatic sequential slab production. After each cut, the machine automatically repositions for the next programmed thickness, allowing a complete block to be processed through a sequence of parallel cuts.

This provides an important advantage for stone processors that need the flexibility of a single-wire machine while still requiring an efficient production process.

Unlike high-wire-count machines where the available slab thicknesses are determined by the spacing between multiple wires, Polyone can be programmed for different thicknesses throughout the same production sequence. This makes it particularly suitable for businesses producing standard slabs, thick slabs and bespoke dimensional stone from the same block.
