About the Bovone BWM Horizontal Glass Washing Machines
The Bovone BWM Series is a range of modular horizontal glass washing machines designed around the daily requirements of industrial glass processing.
Available in useful working widths from 1,600 to 3,300 mm, the range is suitable for a wide variety of flat-glass applications, from standard production through to large architectural panels and jumbo-format processing.
The machines operate at adjustable speeds from 0.4 to 12 m/min, allowing them to be integrated into complete production lines or used as standalone horizontal washers. Depending on the selected model, glass from 2 or 3 mm up to 25 mm thick can be processed.
Two- or three-brush configurations allow each machine to be specified according to the required washing performance and application. The integrated drying section prepares the glass for the next stage of production, including tempering, laminating, screen printing, coating, inspection or automated handling.
