About the Bovone BVR Vertical Glass Washing Machines
The Bovone BVR Series is a range of robust vertical glass washing machines designed for reliable washing and drying in standalone, inline and fully automated glass-processing environments.
BVR machines can operate independently or be installed after Bovone straight-line edging and bevelling machines, allowing processed glass to be cleaned immediately after grinding and polishing. They can also be integrated with robotic loading and unloading systems to create complete automated production cells.
Available in working heights from 1,300 to 3,300 mm, the range provides suitable solutions for standard glass processing, large architectural panels and high-capacity industrial production. Depending on the model, the machines process glass from 3 to 30 mm thick, with optional capability up to 50 mm on selected versions.
Working speeds from 0.4 to 7 m/min allow the washer to be matched to the output of the connected edging or bevelling machine. The range uses two or three washing brushes, depending on the selected model, together with an integrated air-knife drying section.
Bovone washing machines are designed around strength, consistent finishing quality and easy integration with other equipment. This makes the BVR particularly suitable for modular production lines where dependable operation and clean, dry glass are essential.
Stone & Glass Group supplies the Bovone BVR Series throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Benelux, supported by machine specification, installation, commissioning, operator training, servicing, spare parts and comprehensive after-sales support.
