About the Willian Toughened Glass Testing Centre
The Willian Toughened Glass Testing Centre provides a complete solution for testing the quality and compliance of toughened safety glass. Designed to simplify quality control, the machine combines the four essential EN 12150 testing procedures into one compact workstation, improving efficiency while reducing handling between individual tests.
The system performs:
- Four Point Bend Test
- Overall Bow Test

The four-point bend test uses a hydraulic loading system with a digital force display to apply the correct load for the glass thickness being tested. If the glass passes the bend test it can immediately proceed to the remaining quality tests, reducing unnecessary handling. If the sample fails, the broken glass is safely collected in an integrated sliding catch tray.
The integrated bow testing stations allow both overall and local bow measurements to be carried out quickly using the built-in measuring system, while the hinged fragmentation chamber enables safe fragmentation testing and accurate particle counting using the supplied fragmentation template.
