Sketch Series

The Cugher Sketch Series is a flexible glass screen printing machine developed specifically for the building and interior design industry, with particular focus on the decoration of shower enclosure glass.

Designed to accommodate rectangular glass from small to large formats, the Sketch Series can process glass from approximately 600 × 550 mm up to 2700 × 1600 mm.

One of the key advantages of the Sketch Series is its flexible screen-frame arrangement. The same frame can be used with different glass dimensions using a reference on the front-left side, while the screen itself can be repositioned to allow the printed image to be placed on different areas of the glass.

This makes the machine particularly useful for manufacturers producing multiple designs, glass sizes or decorative positions without requiring a completely different machine configuration for each product.

The Sketch Series is available with different levels of automation, allowing the machine to be configured around the customer's production requirements and investment level.

It can operate as a completely stand-alone machine, as a semi-automatic system, or as a fully automatic machine with belt loading and unloading. It can also be prepared for integration into a complete production line.

Cugher developed the Sketch Series particularly for applications such as shower enclosures, architectural glass, windows, balconies and interior furnishing glass, combining flexible production with accurate and repeatable screen printing.
