About the G Series
The Cugher G Series is a highly versatile automatic glass screen printing machine developed for demanding, high-volume automotive glass production.
Designed to process strongly asymmetric glass, the G Series can handle single large sheets, such as windscreens and rear windows, as well as two smaller sheets simultaneously, making it particularly suitable for side-window production.
At the heart of the machine is a linear-guide shuttle transport system equipped with two independent supports with suction cups. The glass is collected from the inlet conveyor after being accurately centred by a multi-axis centring system, then transferred quickly and precisely onto the printing plane.
This combination of accurate centring, controlled glass handling and rapid movement enables the G Series to achieve the short cycle times required by modern automotive glass production.
The G Series can be incorporated into a complete Cugher automated screen-printing line with dryers, handling equipment, vision systems and automatic control, or engineered as part of a customised production solution.
Cugher automotive systems are designed around high productivity, repeatability and precise glass handling, with complete line solutions capable of cycle times between 6 and 15 seconds, depending on the application and configuration.
