Compact Series

The Cugher Compact Series is a range of high-speed automatic glass screen printing machines developed for the precise and repeatable production of small and medium-sized flat glass.

Designed particularly for the home appliance industry, the Compact Series combines a compact machine footprint with very high production speeds. Typical applications include glass for ovens, cooktops, control panels and other household appliances where accurate printing and short cycle times are essential.

The machines can process glass from 100 × 35 mm up to 1300 × 700 mm, with cycle times of less than 5 seconds. Depending on the glass format and production configuration, productivity can reach up to 750 pieces per hour.

Glass is transported automatically through the machine using a belt system. The printing process incorporates automatic glass positioning and controlled screen printing to provide consistent results during continuous production.

The printing carriage can be rotated to simplify cleaning and production changeovers, while pneumatic locking of the squeegee, scraper and screen frame makes adjustment and maintenance easier. Motorised automatic peel-off and digital proportional valves provide accurate control of the printing process.

The Compact Series can operate as a standalone machine or be integrated with Cugher dryers, automatic glass handling, accumulators, robotic systems and vision inspection technology to create a complete automated production line.
