Fratelli Pezza Ghibli Manual Glass Sandblasting Machine

The Fratelli Pezza Ghibli is a manual sandblasting cabinet designed for simple, flexible and non-intensive glass processing applications.

Available in two working sizes, the Ghibli range is particularly suited to small and medium-sized glass components, decorative work, specialist items and workshops that do not require a fully automatic sandblasting system. Fratelli Pezza also highlights the Ghibli as a popular solution for artists and decorators due to its simple operation and ability to create handcrafted decorative finishes.

The machine is operated manually, with the sandblasting jet activated by a foot pedal, leaving the operator’s hands free to position and control the workpiece. Double side openings provide easy access, while nylon rollers support the manual movement of glass through the cabinet.

The Ghibli incorporates a built-in self-cleaning dust filter and an automatic abrasive recovery and recycling system. Waste dust is separated from reusable abrasive directly inside the cabinet, eliminating the need for a separate cyclone separator and helping reduce both energy consumption and overall machine footprint.

A front inspection window provides good visibility of the working area, while manual pressure adjustment allows the operator to control the intensity of the sandblasting process.

The Ghibli is available as the 70M with a 700 mm working height and the 140M with a 1400 mm working height, allowing customers to select the machine according to the size of the glass being processed.
