Maroso Autoclave

Maroso is an Italian specialist in the design and manufacture of custom-engineered industrial autoclaves for laminated glass and a wide range of advanced manufacturing processes.

Every Maroso autoclave is designed around the customer's specific production requirements, with precise control of temperature, pressure and vacuum throughout the complete processing cycle. This allows consistent, repeatable production while maintaining high levels of operating safety and reliability.

For the glass industry, Maroso develops autoclaves specifically for the production of flat, curved and specialist laminated glass, including tempered and heat-strengthened products. Systems can be engineered around the customer's glass sizes, production volumes, factory layout and existing laminating equipment.

Maroso can manufacture autoclaves with useful internal diameters from approximately 1 metre to 4.2 metres and beyond, while vessel lengths can exceed 15 metres, allowing systems to be configured for everything from specialist production to large-scale industrial manufacturing.

Complete installations can include pressurisation systems, cooling systems, vacuum equipment, customised loading trolleys and handling systems, with Maroso optimising the thermodynamic design and heat transfer according to the product being processed.

Advanced process control provides accurate management and monitoring of the production cycle, while process data can be recorded for product and batch traceability and integrated with the customer's IT infrastructure. Maroso autoclaves can also be interconnected for Industry 4.0 production environments.

Beyond laminated glass, Maroso develops specialist autoclaves for composites, vulcanisation, marble and engineered stone, methacrylate and food processing, demonstrating the company's experience in complex pressure and thermal processing applications.
