Bovone EVATHERM EVA Glass Laminating Oven

The Bovone EVATHERM is a stand-alone glass laminating oven developed specifically for laminating glass with EVA interlayer film.

Designed around the practical requirements of modern glass processors, EVATHERM combines reliable thermal control, straightforward operation and flexible production within a compact, ready-to-use system.

The oven is equipped with two independent chambers that can operate simultaneously using different processing parameters. This allows separate lamination cycles to run in parallel, helping processors optimise production scheduling, reduce waiting time and accommodate different glass configurations within the same working period.

Forced-air convection heating provides uniform temperature distribution throughout each chamber. This supports consistent heating across the complete glass surface and helps produce repeatable lamination quality, including on batches containing different formats, decorative inserts or curved glass.

Each chamber provides a usable processing area of up to 3200 × 2200 mm, with an internal height of 430 mm. This generous internal capacity allows EVATHERM to process large flat panels, curved glass and more complex laminated-glass assemblies.

The maximum load capacity is up to 700 kg per chamber, subject to the glass configuration, supporting both everyday production and more demanding laminated-glass applications.

A 10-inch HMI touchscreen provides clear and intuitive control over the complete production process. Operators can configure, save and adjust customised lamination cycles, while heating and cooling curves can be programmed and monitored in real time.

The oven automatically manages both the heating and cooling phases. A digital vacuum gauge with an integrated visual indicator provides immediate confirmation when the required vacuum level has been achieved.

With a maximum installed power of 45 kW, EVATHERM has been engineered to deliver uniform thermal performance while keeping electricity demand and operating costs under control.

The oven is particularly suitable for architectural glass, interior-design products, decorative glazing, privacy glass, coloured interlayers, printed inserts and other specialist products manufactured using EVA film.

Its stand-alone configuration allows EVATHERM to be introduced into an existing glass-processing facility without requiring a complete laminating line. Quick installation, accessible maintenance and remote-assistance capability help support reliable day-to-day production.
