Cms Automatic Robotic Loading & Unloading Cells

Glass Handling Equipment

Automated robotic loading and unloading cells designed to safely handle glass, improve production efficiency and integrate seamlessly with glass processing machinery.

About the Cms Automatic Robotic Loading & Unloading Cells

The CMS Automatic Robotic Loading & Unloading Cells provide a flexible and highly efficient solution for automating glass handling throughout the production process. Using the latest generation of anthropomorphic robots, these systems safely load, unload and transfer glass with exceptional precision, reducing manual handling, minimising breakages and increasing overall production efficiency.

Available in both standard and fully customised configurations, CMS robotic cells can be tailored to suit individual production requirements. Systems can handle multiple glass sheets simultaneously, manage multi-level storage, automatically position paper separators between sheets and adapt suction cup configurations without operator intervention.

Designed to integrate with both CMS and third-party machinery, the robotic cells can be connected to cutting tables, CNC machining centres, vertical and horizontal processing machines, seaming machines, waterjet systems, glass washing machines and complete production lines.

Beyond simple machine loading and unloading, CMS robotic cells can automatically transfer glass between multiple machines, creating fully integrated production cells that maximise throughput, improve repeatability and enhance workplace safety.

Stone & Glass Group supplies CMS robotic automation systems throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Benelux, including system design, installation, commissioning, operator training, servicing and comprehensive after-sales support.
