About the Industrial Heat Treatment Ovens
The Cugher Industrial Heat Treatment Oven range provides customised thermal processing solutions for a wide variety of demanding industrial applications.
With more than 400 industrial heat-treatment applications delivered, Cugher combines oven technology, automation and process control to engineer complete systems around the customer's specific production requirements.
The range covers applications within the chemical, metallurgical, rubber and plastics industries, with systems developed for processes including drying, preheating, polymerisation, sintering, post-curing, ageing, annealing, tempering and hardening.
Depending on the application, Cugher can provide systems operating at temperatures from relatively low-temperature drying and preheating processes through to specialist metallurgical heat treatment at temperatures of up to 1000ยฐC.
For chemical applications, Cugher offers ovens for complex drying and heat-treatment processes up to 400ยฐC, using high-performance air circulation to achieve excellent temperature uniformity throughout the usable chamber. Temperature uniformity of up to ฮT 3ยฐC according to DIN 17052-1 is available for applicable processes.
Systems are engineered according to the product and process, with customised loading and unloading equipment, racks, trays, cooling systems, air circulation and handling solutions available.
