Bovone 471 Glass Bevelling Machine

The Bovone 471 is a high-performance straight-line glass bevelling machine designed for professional glass processors requiring exceptional bevel quality, high productivity and the flexibility to handle smaller and narrow glass pieces.

Its twelve-wheel configuration provides a complete grinding and polishing sequence, producing consistently high-quality bevelled glass in one continuous pass. The machine is particularly suited to medium and high-volume glass production where repeatability, finish quality and reduced downtime are essential.

The Bovone 471 processes glass from 3 to 25 mm thick at working speeds between 0.35 and 5.4 m/min. An optional high-speed configuration increases the maximum processing speed to 10 m/min, making the machine suitable for demanding production environments.

A key advantage of the 471 is its ability to process glass from 35 × 35 mm, together with long, narrow pieces from 25 × 500 mm. This gives glass processors additional flexibility when producing smaller decorative components, mirror sections and specialist architectural products.

Built on Bovone’s heavy-duty cast-iron base frame, the 471 provides exceptional rigidity and machining stability.
