About the Bovone 361+2 Glass Bevelling Machine
The Bovone 361+2 is a high-performance straight-line glass bevelling machine developed for glass processors that require exceptional bevel quality together with superior front arris polishing.
Its wheel configuration has been specifically designed to deliver outstanding polishing performance on both the bevel and the front arris. A dedicated front arris polishing wheel produces an exceptionally clean finish, making the machine ideal where the front arris remains visible and must meet the highest quality standards.
The machine grinds and polishes the pencil edge, bevel and front arris in one continuous pass, reducing manual handling while increasing production efficiency. Built on Bovone's heavy-duty cast iron structure, the 361+2 delivers exceptional rigidity, minimises vibration and provides highly accurate, repeatable machining even during demanding production cycles.
Processing speeds of 0.35–5.4 m/min, with an optional 10 m/min high-speed version, allow the machine to suit both medium and high-volume production. It processes glass from 3–25 mm thick with a 2 mm front arris, making it ideal for architectural, furniture, mirror and decorative glass applications.
