Bovone Stone Tools

Bovone Stone Tools are developed by Bovone Diamond Tools, the specialist tooling division dedicated to high-performance solutions for stone, ceramic and engineered-surface processing.

The range includes diamond wheels, polishing wheels, CNC profile tools, core drills, milling cutters and cup wheels for edging, profiling, drilling and finishing applications. Standard tooling is available alongside customised solutions developed around the material, machine and required profile.

Bovone Stone Tools are suitable for processing traditional natural materials such as marble and granite, as well as ceramic slabs, sintered surfaces and the latest generation of engineered materials.

The recently introduced Blue Line has been developed specifically for ceramic and modern synthetic materials. The range includes profiled CNC tools, core drills, milling cutters and diamond cup wheels designed to deliver smooth, chip-free surfaces and simplify the final polishing stage.

For CNC machining centres, Bovone offers a broad selection of commonly used profiles and standard diameters. Tooling can be selected for edge profiling, contouring, drilling, milling and other precision slab-processing operations.

Diamond cup wheels are available for Bovone stone-processing machines including the ELB 11/45, ELB 102 and ELB 10 Stone. These wheel configurations are developed to optimise machine performance and deliver consistent edge quality.

A typical Bovone straight-line edging tool set comprises four metal-bond diamond wheels followed by three diamond polishing wheels. The polishing wheels use an exclusive Bovone Diamond Tools formulation developed to provide a high-quality finished edge.

Custom wheel sets with specialist profiles can be manufactured on request. This allows the tooling package to be tailored to the required edge shape, material, processing speed and final finish.

The ability to combine Bovone machinery with tooling developed by Bovone Diamond Tools provides a closely matched processing solution. This supports consistent results, efficient material removal and dependable tool performance.

Bovone tooling is also suitable for a range of compatible machines from other manufacturers, subject to spindle connection, wheel dimensions and the final processing specification.
