Maroso autoclaves are especially known by marble, ceramic conglomerate, porcelain stoneware and conglomerate compaction companies. They can be designed in various diameters and lengths, with specific cycle loading quantities, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and uniformity across the different process conditions.
Each machine is designed to the customer requirements. Maroso can build autoclaves complete with washing tank and rinsing nozzles, in line and with a double door, to suit the production process. As with every Maroso autoclave, pressure, temperature and vacuum are controlled throughout the cycle, and the machine can be interconnected in an Industry 4.0 factory for process data management and traceability.
Maroso is able to manufacture autoclaves with a useful diameter from 1 m to 4.2 m and beyond, with a length that can exceed 15 m, built with certified materials and the most advanced technologies for maximum operating safety, energy saving, long life and ease of use.
