Atlantic Demineraliser & Digital Water Condition Indicator

The Atlantic Demineraliser & Digital Water Condition Indicator provides a simple, reliable and cost-effective solution for producing high-purity water for glass washing applications. Designed specifically for the glass processing industry, the system removes dissolved minerals from the water supply, helping to eliminate water spotting, staining and residue while delivering consistently clean glass surfaces.

Using a readily available mixed bed ion exchange resin, mains water passes through the pressure vessel before being continuously monitored by an accurate digital conductivity meter. The system produces water with a conductivity of less than 5 µS/cm, making it suitable for washing Low-E, soft-coated and hard-coated glass while maintaining the highest washing standards.

The compact design requires very little floor space and can operate with both low and high mains water pressure. With no hazardous chemicals involved and no specialist training required, the Atlantic Demineraliser offers a safe and straightforward solution for improving washing performance and extending the life of glass washing equipment.

Available in two vessel sizes and supplied either pre-filled with resin or empty, the Atlantic Demineraliser can be tailored to suit the production requirements of both small and high-volume glass processors.
