Atlantic Pneumatic Spacer Bar Alignment Assembly Rack

The Atlantic Pneumatic Spacer Bar Alignment Assembly Rack is designed to simplify and improve the insulated glass assembly process by providing fast, accurate and repeatable alignment of spacer bar frames with the glass before secondary sealing. Installed directly after the glass washer, the system creates a controlled assembly station that improves production consistency while reducing manual handling and operator error.

The first lite of glass is positioned against the alignment rack before the spacer frame is accurately located using pneumatically operated depth spacers. The second lite is then placed against the adjustable reference stops, creating a precisely aligned insulated glass unit ready for sealing.

The system is suitable for spacer frames prepared with either double-sided tape or a PIB (polyisobutylene) primary seal, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of insulated glass production methods. Adjustable spacer reference blocks allow the seal depth to be set according to individual production requirements, providing consistent assembly quality across every unit.
