Atlantic Overhead Spacer Frame Conveyor

The Atlantic Overhead Spacer Frame Conveyor is designed to improve workflow and maximise factory space by providing safe, organised storage and movement of spacer bar frames throughout the insulated glass manufacturing process. Installed above the production area, the system keeps valuable floor space clear while ensuring spacer frames remain protected and readily accessible for the next stage of production.

Suitable for both pre-butyled and double-sided taped spacer frames, the overhead conveyor stores frames individually to prevent contact and minimise the risk of damage or contamination before assembly. The system can be supplied with either manual or automatic indexing, allowing operators to efficiently advance frames through the production process.

Every Atlantic overhead conveyor is manufactured to suit the customer's production layout. Standard straight systems are available, while fully customised configurations can be produced to accommodate split-level factories, production flow requirements and individual workshop layouts.
