About the Manual Spacer Bar Alignment Rack
The Atlantic Manual Spacer Bar Alignment Rack provides a simple, cost-effective solution for accurately aligning spacer frames with glass during insulated glass assembly. Positioned at the end of a glass washer, the rack accepts the first pane of glass before the spacer frame is positioned against the X and Y axis depth spacers.
Once the spacer frame is in place, the second pane of glass is located against the stop, ensuring the spacer is correctly positioned and ready for sealing. The system is designed for use with spacer frames prepared with either double-sided tape or a PIB primary seal.
Sealant depth is determined by the selected spacer discs, allowing the rack to be configured to suit different production requirements. The rack can also be manufactured to suit the size of the glass washer and maximum glass dimensions required by the customer.
