Georgian Bar Staple Table

The Atlantic Georgian Bar Staple Table has been developed to improve the speed, accuracy and consistency of manufacturing Georgian bar frames and decorative internal glazing systems. Designed for insulated glass manufacturers, the table provides a stable and highly accurate working platform that ensures every frame is assembled square and every Georgian bar is correctly positioned before stapling.

A robust aluminium bolt-together frame supports a durable glass work surface with an integrated alignment grid, allowing operators to position components quickly and accurately. Adjustable setting blocks with height adjustment, combined with X and Y measuring scales, enable fast changeovers while maintaining repeatable production accuracy across a wide range of frame sizes.

The table incorporates connections for pneumatic staple guns, allowing fast and ergonomic operation during continuous production. Optional additional setting blocks, multiple staple guns, rail-mounted gun systems and bespoke table sizes enable each system to be tailored to individual production requirements.
