Computer Spacer Bar Saw

The Atlantic Computerised Spacer Bar Cutting Machine is designed to improve the speed, accuracy and efficiency of insulated glass production. Using sealed unit batch data imported via a network or external media, the system automatically positions the bar stop to the required length, allowing operators to produce spacer bars quickly, consistently and with minimal manual input.

Designed for both spacer bars and Georgian bar grills, the machine combines automatic positioning with simple foot pedal operation to clamp and cut each bar in a single, safe operation. Continuous batch processing maximises productivity while manual mode remains available whenever required, providing complete flexibility for changing production demands.

The intuitive Windows®-based control software allows operators to organise production by spacer thickness, length, colour, reference number or batching trolley sequence. Additional features such as on-screen calibration, adjustable spacer bar reduction and optional label printing help streamline workflow and minimise production errors.
