The Atlantic Vertical Six Brush Glass Washer is designed for high-production glass processors and insulated glass manufacturers requiring exceptional washing performance and maximum reliability. Featuring a three-stage washing system with an isolated two-brush pre-wash, four-brush main wash and dedicated rinse section, the machine delivers consistently outstanding cleaning results for even the most demanding production environments.

Built entirely around a heavy-duty stainless steel chassis, the Six Brush Washer incorporates stainless steel panels, tanks, bearings, shafts, pumps and fasteners, providing outstanding durability while significantly reducing maintenance requirements. Fully hinged access doors, removable tank covers and full inspection windows allow operators easy access for routine servicing and cleaning, helping to minimise downtime.

Variable conveyor speeds from 1–10 m/min, hot wash and rinse water, inverter-controlled drives and a high-efficiency hot/cold air knife drying system ensure outstanding glass quality across a wide range of production requirements. The automatic air blower shut-off system helps prevent shadowing while maintaining excellent drying performance. Comprehensive safety systems, low water monitoring and illuminated inspection areas provide safe, reliable operation throughout the production cycle.

Available in six standard washing heights from 1300 mm to 3000 mm, the Atlantic Vertical Six Brush Washer can be configured with optional eight-brush conversion, coated glass processing modifications, conveyorised racking and additional sound reduction to suit individual production requirements. The machine is also fully compatible with the Atlantic Automatic Assembly Line.
