The Atlantic Vertical Plus Glass Washer is the flagship model within the Atlantic washing range, trusted by insulated glass manufacturers and glass processors for its reliability, ease of maintenance and outstanding washing performance. Designed for continuous industrial production, the Vertical Plus combines heavy-duty stainless steel construction with efficient washing technology to deliver consistently clean, dry glass ready for further processing or insulated glass assembly.

Built around a robust stainless steel box-section frame, the Vertical Plus features fully hinged stainless steel access doors and removable tank covers, providing exceptional access for routine cleaning and maintenance. Internal stainless steel components and easy-access service areas minimise downtime and maximise machine reliability in demanding production environments.

The machine incorporates a two-stage wash and rinse system with 150-litre capacity, hot wash and rinse water, inverter-controlled conveyor speed and a dedicated final rinse filtration pump to maintain outstanding water quality. Automatic driven infeed and outfeed conveyors, integrated viewing windows, lighting panels and comprehensive safety systems ensure efficient day-to-day operation while protecting both operators and glass quality.

Available in four standard washing heights from 1300 mm to 2100 mm, the Atlantic Vertical Plus can be supplied with optional six-brush configurations, coated glass modifications, conveyorised racking and additional sound reduction to suit individual production requirements.
