Atlantic Rotary Sealing Table

The Atlantic Rotary Sealing Table is designed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of secondary sealant application during insulated glass production. Providing secure vacuum holding and controlled rotation of pre-assembled insulated glass units, the table allows operators to apply secondary sealants comfortably, safely and consistently.

Four powerful vacuum cups securely hold the insulated glass unit throughout the sealing process, allowing the operator to rotate the glass in precise 90° increments without repositioning the unit manually. Rotation and vacuum operation are conveniently controlled using foot pedals, leaving both hands free for accurate sealant application and improving overall productivity.

The table operates at a comfortable fixed working height of 950 mm, reducing operator fatigue during extended production runs. Designed to accommodate a wide range of unit sizes, it can handle glass from 120 × 120 mm using an adaptor plate up to 2100 × 1200 mm as standard, making it suitable for both small specialist units and larger insulated glass production.
