Hydraulic Tilting Table

The Atlantic Hydraulic Tilting Table has been designed to safely and efficiently transfer large glass sheets from a vertical to a horizontal position during insulated glass production. Ideal for installation at the end of a vertical glass washer or assembly line, the table reduces manual handling while improving operator safety and production efficiency.

Powered by heavy-duty hydraulic rams, the table provides smooth and controlled tilting of glass panels before transferring them onto an integrated sealing surface. Built-in suction cups securely hold the glass during assembly and sealing, while multi-directional rubber rollers allow easy positioning with minimal operator effort.

The standard table accommodates glass sizes up to 3000 × 2000 mm with a maximum load capacity of 750 kg, while bespoke versions are available for larger formats up to 5000 × 3000 mm. Suction cup layouts can also be customised to suit individual factory layouts and production requirements.

Designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom, the Atlantic Hydraulic Tilting Table integrates seamlessly with Atlantic glass washers and assembly lines and is fully supported by Stone & Glass Group with installation, commissioning, servicing and technical support.
