About the J Series Automatic Glass Screen Printing Machine
The Cugher J Series is a fully automatic glass screen printing machine developed for the precise and efficient printing of medium and large-format glass, including drilled glass.
With the ability to process glass up to 2500 × 4000 mm, the J Series provides a solution for applications where large dimensions, accurate positioning and automated production are required.
Glass enters the machine automatically from the infeed conveyor using a motorised belt transport system. Once the glass reaches the printing area, the belts lower directly onto the printing plane, allowing the sheet to be accurately centred using adjustable positioning pins.
After centring, the automatic screen printing cycle is completed. The transport belts then rise again and transfer the finished glass towards the outfeed conveyor, providing a continuous and efficient production process.
The J Series is particularly suited to manufacturers requiring automated screen printing of larger glass formats while maintaining accurate glass positioning and consistent production.
The machine can be integrated into a complete Cugher production line incorporating automatic handling, drying and other production equipment according to the application.
