Fast Series Automatic Glass Screen Printing Machine

The Cugher Fast Series is a high-speed automatic glass screen printing machine developed for manufacturers requiring excellent productivity, accurate printing and rapid format changes.

Designed particularly for the home appliance glass industry, the Fast Series combines high production speeds with the flexibility to process both small and large glass formats. The machine can handle glass from 200 × 200 mm up to 2000 × 1300 mm.

As its name suggests, speed is one of the major advantages of the Fast Series. Cycle times can be reduced to less than 7 seconds, allowing production rates of more than 500 pieces per hour, depending on the dimensions of the glass being processed.

Glass enters the machine through an infeed conveyor equipped with a pre-alignment system. A belt transport system then transfers the glass onto the printing table, where it is accurately centred using adjustable positioning pins before the automatic printing cycle begins.

This combination of automatic pre-alignment, accurate glass centring and rapid processing makes the Fast Series particularly suitable for continuous industrial production where both speed and repeatability are important.

The Fast Series can be integrated with Cugher handling, drying and automation equipment to create a complete glass screen printing production line.
