Fratelli Pezza Zephir+ Automatic Glass Sandblasting Machine

The Fratelli Pezza Zephir+ is an automatic glass sandblasting machine developed for glass processors who want to move from manual to automatic sandblasting without the investment required for a more advanced decorative system.

Designed around simplicity, productivity and value for money, the Zephir+ is particularly suited to companies that primarily need to quickly sandblast complete glass sheets, rather than produce complex shaded patterns. Glass is transported automatically through the machine on a conveyor belt, while the programmable automatic blasting gun provides consistent processing across the required area. The machine also incorporates automatic abrasive recovery and a self-cleaning filtration system, helping create a practical production solution with reduced operator involvement.

Despite being the entry-level automatic range, the Zephir+ includes a touch-screen control, adjustable gun speed, adjustable conveyor advance, Pause&Check, USB and Ethernet connectivity.

The Zephir+ is available in three working heights - 1200 mm, 1800 mm and 2600 mm allowing the machine to be selected according to the size of glass being processed.
