Fratelli Pezza Mistral EV+ Automatic Glass Sandblasting Machine

The Fratelli Pezza Mistral EV+ represents the top of the Fratelli Pezza automatic glass sandblasting range, combining high productivity, precise digital control and extensive processing flexibility in a compact vertical machine.

Designed for both standard sandblasting and more complex decorative applications, the Mistral EV+ can perform normal, light, shading, shading-engraved, deep-engraved and zonal sandblasting. This makes it suitable for architectural and decorative glass, shower screens, partitions, balustrades, glass doors, mirrors and other applications requiring repeatable, high-quality surface finishes.

Advanced touchscreen software allows the operator to create and store an unlimited number of working programs and define up to 50 individual blasting areas on a single glass sheet, with a graphical simulation displayed before processing. Programs can be copied, renamed, backed up and reused, reducing setup time for repeat production.

The Pause&Check function allows a program to be stopped during processing and subsequently restarted from exactly the same position. Predictive maintenance alerts help operators monitor component wear and plan maintenance before it results in unnecessary machine downtime.

Mistral EV+ is particularly effective for the production of LED and decorative mirrors. Zonal sandblasting enables selected areas of the mirror backing to be accurately removed, while the standard MirrorProtection system reduces the accumulation of static electricity inside the blasting cabin and helps prevent sparks during mirror processing.

For decorative glass, Fratelli Pezza's MultiShading technology provides controlled gradient effects through dynamic adjustment of blasting pressure. This allows sophisticated vertical, horizontal and radial shading effects to be created automatically and repeatably.

An integrated high-efficiency filtration system automatically recovers and recycles usable abrasive while separating waste dust. The sealed cabin helps prevent dust escaping into the surrounding working environment.

The Mistral EV+ range is available in 1200, 1800 and 2600 mm working heights. Its open-top construction also provides additional flexibility when processing glass taller than the nominal working height.
