Fratelli Pezza EasyMarker - Automatic Glass Marking Machine

The Fratelli Pezza EasyMarker is an automatic sand-jet marking system designed to create clear, permanent identification marks directly onto glass.

As glass identification and traceability requirements become increasingly important, particularly within architectural and safety glass production, EasyMarker provides a simple and cost-effective alternative to other permanent marking technologies. The system can produce company logos, numbers, safety standards and information identifying the type of glass.

Unlike the manual Marker T range, EasyMarker is equipped with a touch-screen control panel with intuitive icon-based programming. An integrated timer precisely controls the marking cycle, helping optimise production time while extending the working life of the reusable steel marking masks.

EasyMarker can operate independently or be integrated with other glass processing machinery. In automatic production, the marking cycle can be initiated by a signal from another machine, making it suitable for incorporation into continuous glass processing lines. Activation can also be carried out using a push-button, footswitch or touchscreen.

The machine automatically recovers and recycles the abrasive material and incorporates its own filtration system, resulting in a compact and efficient marking solution with low operating consumption.

EasyMarker is available in configurations for both vertical and horizontal glass processing lines, with marking areas of up to 25 or 30 mm diameter depending on the selected model.
