About the Bovone 251 - 252 Glass Bevelling Machine

The Bovone 251 and 252 are straight-line glass bevelling machines developed for glass processors seeking excellent bevel quality, proven reliability and efficient production from a compact Bovone machine.

Both models process glass from 3 to 25 mm thick at working speeds between 0.35 and 5.4 m/min. Their robust construction and proven spindle technology provide the stability and accuracy required to produce clean, repeatable bevels throughout continuous production.

The Bovone 251 is particularly suitable for processing smaller and narrow glass pieces. It can handle glass from 35 ร— 35 mm, as well as long narrow pieces from 25 ร— 500 mm.

The Bovone 252 uses an alternative wheel configuration and processes glass from 50 ร— 50 mm as standard. Glass down to 35 ร— 35 mm can be processed when wheel seven is disabled. This gives glass processors a choice between two machine configurations according to their product sizes and preferred finishing arrangement.

Both machines are built on Bovoneโ€™s heavy-duty cast-iron base frame, providing excellent rigidity and reducing vibration during processing. This supports accurate bevel production, consistent polishing quality and dependable performance over long production cycles.

Stone & Glass Group supplies the Bovone 251 and 252 throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Benelux, supported by installation, commissioning, operator training, tooling, spare parts, servicing and comprehensive after-sales support.
