Multifill 2 Gas Fillers

The Atlantic Multifill-2 Gas Filler is a high-performance dual line gas filling system in the Atlantic range, designed for insulated glass manufacturers demanding maximum productivity, flexibility and gas filling accuracy. Featuring two completely independent filling lines, the Multifill-2 allows operators to fill two insulated glass units simultaneously or fill both cavities of a triple-glazed unit with different gases, significantly increasing production efficiency.

Each filling line features independent variable gas flow control from 1 to 15 litres per minute, allowing Argon to be filled at higher flow rates for maximum throughput while reducing flow for Krypton, Xenon and mixed gases to minimise waste of expensive gases. This flexibility enables manufacturers to optimise production costs without compromising filling accuracy.

The large 175 mm colour touchscreen provides a live display of the gas filling process and gives operators complete control over gas concentration, overfill timing, pressure settings, calibration and production data logging. Automatic and manual sensor calibration, visual and audible completion signals, adjustable gas flow and gas bottle monitoring ensure reliable operation throughout every production cycle.
