Multifill 1 Gas Fillers

The Atlantic Multifill-1 Gas Filler is designed for insulated glass manufacturers requiring maximum flexibility when filling units with Argon, Krypton, Xenon and mixed inert gases. Built for manufacturers producing high-performance insulating glass, the Multifill-1 combines precise gas control with advanced touchscreen technology to deliver fast, accurate and economical gas filling.

Unlike conventional gas fillers, the Multifill-1 features fully adjustable gas flow between 1 and 15 litres per minute. Operators can maximise production speed by filling Argon at higher flow rates while reducing the flow for Krypton, Xenon or mixed gases to minimise waste and reduce operating costs.

A large 175 mm touchscreen provides live process monitoring together with simple access to gas concentration settings, overfill timing, pressure adjustment, sensor calibration and production data logging. Automatic and manual calibration functions ensure long-term accuracy, while visual and audible signals confirm completion of every filling cycle.

The Multifill-1 is fully upgradeable to a Multifill-2 dual-line system, protecting your investment as production requirements increase.
