The Atlantic Smartspeed-2 Argon Gas Filling System is the most advanced and highest-capacity gas filling system in the Atlantic range, developed for insulated glass manufacturers operating high-volume production environments where speed, accuracy and reliability are essential. Featuring two fully independent filling lines, the Smartspeed-2 enables two insulated glass units to be filled simultaneously while maintaining exceptional gas concentrations and complete pressure balance throughout every filling cycle.

At the heart of the Smartspeed-2 is Atlantic's intelligent automatic IG pressure control system. Using an integrated insulated glass pressure sensor, the machine continuously monitors internal unit pressure and automatically adjusts the gas flow between 70 and 85 litres per minute. This pressure-balanced filling process delivers consistently accurate gas concentrations, reduces gas consumption and dramatically shortens production times compared with conventional gas filling systems.

The Smartspeed-2 incorporates the latest SmartStart Remote technology as standard, allowing operators to work efficiently while maintaining complete control of the filling process. Two independent filling lines provide maximum production flexibility, allowing two insulated glass units to be processed simultaneously without compromising filling quality or cycle times.

Dual 250 mm colour touchscreens provide a live display of both gas filling processes together with real-time IG pressure monitoring.
