The Atlantic Smartspeed-1 Argon Gas Filling System is the fastest and most advanced single-line gas filling system in the Atlantic range, developed for insulated glass manufacturers demanding maximum production speed, exceptional filling accuracy and complete process control. Designed for modern high-volume production, the Smartspeed-1 combines intelligent pressure-balanced filling with advanced touchscreen technology to deliver rapid, repeatable and highly accurate argon gas filling.

Unlike conventional gas filling systems, the Smartspeed-1 continuously monitors the internal pressure of the insulated glass unit using an integrated IG pressure sensor. The machine automatically adjusts the gas flow between 70 and 85 litres per minute, maintaining perfect pressure balance throughout the filling cycle. This intelligent control system delivers exceptional gas concentrations while minimising gas consumption and significantly reducing filling times.

Building on the proven Smartfill platform, the Smartspeed-1 includes the advanced SmartStart Remote system as standard, allowing efficient operation and improved workflow. A large 250 mm colour touchscreen provides live monitoring of the filling process and insulated glass pressure while offering full control over gas concentration, overfill timing, pressure settings, calibration routines, data logging and print functions. Access to machine settings is protected using a secure PIN code to prevent unauthorised changes.

Capable of filling a 1000 × 1000 mm insulated glass unit in as little as 32 seconds, the Smartspeed-1 delivers one of the fastest gas filling cycles available while maintaining exceptional filling accuracy and repeatability.
