Atlantic Smartfill- 4 Gas Filling System

The Atlantic Smartfill-4 Argon Gas Filling System is the highest-capacity machine in the Smartfill range, developed for insulated glass manufacturers requiring maximum productivity, flexibility and gas filling accuracy. Featuring four fully independent filling lines, the Smartfill-4 enables multiple insulated glass units to be filled simultaneously, dramatically increasing production throughput while maintaining consistent gas concentrations.

Built around Atlantic's advanced SmartStart lance technology, each filling line supports both one-hole and two-hole filling methods, allowing manufacturers to select the most efficient process for their production. The system is suitable for both vertical and horizontal filling, making it easy to integrate into a wide range of insulated glass manufacturing environments.

Each filling line delivers up to 30 litres of argon per minute, providing a combined maximum flow rate of 120 litres per minute. The independently controlled filling circuits allow multiple operators to work simultaneously, increasing production capacity while ensuring every insulated glass unit is filled accurately and consistently.

Unlike using multiple standalone machines, the Smartfill-4 incorporates an integrated mobile trolley system, providing the capability of two Smartfill-2 machines within one compact and easily manoeuvrable unit. Two large 250 mm colour touchscreens provide live monitoring of all filling operations and allow operators to adjust gas concentration, overfill timing, calibration, pressure settings and production data logging with ease.
