The Atlantic Smartfill-2 Argon Gas Filling System is a high-performance dual-line gas filling solution developed for insulated glass manufacturers looking to increase production capacity while maintaining exceptional filling accuracy. Equipped with two fully independent filling lines, the Smartfill-2 enables operators to fill two insulated glass units simultaneously, delivering faster throughput and improved manufacturing efficiency.

Built around Atlantic's innovative SmartStart lance technology, the Smartfill-2 supports both one-hole and two-hole filling methods, allowing manufacturers to select the most efficient process for their production. The system can also be configured for both vertical and horizontal filling, providing the flexibility to integrate into a wide variety of insulated glass production environments.

Each filling line delivers up to 30 litres of argon per minute, providing a combined maximum flow rate of 60 litres per minute. The two independent filling circuits ensure continuous production while maintaining precise gas concentrations and consistent filling quality across every insulated glass unit.

The advanced 250 mm colour touchscreen provides a live display of both filling lines and gives operators complete control over gas concentration settings, overfill timing, pressure adjustments, calibration routines and production data logging. Automatic and manual sensor calibration, visual and audible completion indicators and gas bottle monitoring ensure reliable performance throughout every production cycle.
