The Atlantic Smartfill-1 Argon Gas Filling System represents the next generation of insulated glass gas filling technology, combining intelligent SmartStart lance operation with high-speed gas filling and advanced touchscreen control. Designed for manufacturers looking to increase productivity while maintaining exceptional gas filling accuracy, the Smartfill-1 delivers reliable and efficient argon filling for both medium and high-volume production.

Unlike conventional gas fillers, the Smartfill-1 is equipped with Atlantic's SmartStart lance system, allowing operators to fill insulated glass units using either the traditional two-hole method or the faster one-hole filling process. This innovative technology provides greater flexibility while reducing handling time and improving production efficiency.

Capable of delivering up to 30 litres of argon per minute, the Smartfill-1 significantly reduces filling times while maintaining precise gas concentrations throughout every production cycle. The system is suitable for both vertical and horizontal filling, allowing easy integration into a wide variety of production environments.

A large 250 mm colour touchscreen provides a live display of the complete gas filling process and allows operators to control gas concentration, overfill timing, calibration, pressure settings and production data logging from a single intuitive interface. Automatic and manual sensor calibration, gas bottle monitoring and visual and audible completion signals ensure consistent, reliable performance.

As production requirements grow, the Smartfill-1 can be fully upgraded to the dual-line Atlantic Smartfill-2, protecting your investment while providing a clear expansion path for future capacity.
