Atlantic Data Logging & Label Printing

The Atlantic Data Logging & Print System provides complete traceability for every insulated glass unit produced. Available as an optional feature on selected Atlantic Smartfill and Multifill gas filling systems, the software automatically records key production information during every gas filling cycle, providing manufacturers with a permanent digital production history.

Each completed fill is automatically stored within the machine, recording information including the production date and time, filling line, insulated glass unit number, gas concentration, overfill time and complete filling cycle duration. This information can be viewed directly on the touchscreen or exported to a USB drive, where it is automatically saved in Microsoft Excel format for quality control, reporting and long-term production records.

For manufacturers requiring complete product traceability, the optional label printing system allows production data to be printed directly onto an insulated glass identification label. The system can connect directly to a factory network or operate through a Windows-based PC, laptop or industrial panel computer running the print server software.

By combining production data with independent gas concentration testing, manufacturers can create a comprehensive quality assurance system, providing confidence for both production teams and end customers while helping meet increasing traceability requirements within the insulated glass industry.
