Total Plant Analysis Merges with Stone and Glass Group, Advances into a 5-Year Growth Strategy.
The move is following a long working relationship between the current owners Phil Birchall and Darren Oakley they have come to a mutual agreement for TPA to be merged into SGG allowing the business to grow.
Existing TPA customers will continue to receive the same high quality service whilst the merger is implemented over the coming months, streamlining the existing systems in place at SGG and bringing over TPA contracts and customers.
The combined company will have an aggressive five-year growth strategy, in capital sales, service and customer support.
Phil Birchall will continue his role as CEO of SGG and will be heading up the sales team and capital sales for the business.
Darren Oakley will take on the new role within SGG becoming COO managing the service and spare parts.
