It’s new van day at Stone & Glass Group for our Service Manager, Dave Dawson, who has taken delivery of a new Ford Transit Courier Sport supplied by our friends at Furrows Van Centre in Telford, Shropshire and has replaced an older vehicle from the fleet. For this new decade, we have updated the design livery featuring a more detailed graphic of the latest evolution of our company mascot Digital Dave, that our customers will be familiar with by now. This is the first of our fleet to display our updated livery, since merging The Glass Machinery Company & SMC Stone Machinery last year. Dave was happy to be handed the keys, just in time for his long journey back home tonight.
We are proud of this new investment which reinforces our commitment to our customers, by allowing our engineering team to remain mobile so, in turn, they can continue to maximise their available hours keeping our customers operational, across all of the UK. Our highly skilled team of engineers have a wealth of experience on a wide variety of stone & glass machinery from small Glass Edgers to large CNCs, Waterjets & robot production lines, each with their particular area of expertise.
