Cms International Sales Meeting
The sales team & directors recently visited the new Cms technology centre, in Bergamo, as part of the 2020 International Sales Meeting at Cms, which brings together sales agents from all over the world to learn about exciting updates in the coming year, as well as discuss objectives and get an understanding of the scope of upcoming company projects.
This was an exciting opportunity for us to all further enhance our knowledge and understanding of the Cms product range for Glass & Stone, as well as our understanding of the company itself and the values it stands for. The meeting featured talks from senior management and division managers, as well as demonstrations at the new technology demonstration centre. Over the day, we had opportunities to raise ideas, and collaborate with other agents across the world, to further enable us to offer dedicated quality support to existing customers, by understanding how other agents in similar markets deal with service tickets, for example. Furthermore, it allowed Stone & Glass Group to have our say on machine features which our customers have told us they would like to see, or would like to see improved: the meeting also marked the launch of the new Cms Brembana Kosmos bridge saw, previously known as the Cms Brembana Venkon ‘Advanced’ this change in branding is to set the Kosmos apart from the Venkon, as these machines have grown to dissimilar to share the same name; the Kosmos now features a vacuum manipulator as standard, as well as the full SMARTSAW: you asked, we delivered!
